You can cancel and unenroll within the first 7 days from your first month’s subscription purchase date in order to be eligible for a full refund. Unless you have graduated from the Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program within this timeframe. Only one refund may be granted per student per Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program. If you cancel your subscription and subsequently re-enroll for the same program or course, you will not be entitled to an additional 7-day refund period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after this 7-day refund period and you will not be charged again after the billing period in which you cancelled. You will remain actively enrolled in the program until the end of this billing period.
You may elect to 'cancel' your monthly auto-renew subscription anytime before your next billing date occurs.
Following the 7-day refund period, there will be no further refunds, including no partial refunds for termination during the fixed, multi-month term, or during any monthly automatic subscription periods following the initial fixed, multi-month term.
Refund Policy for Citizens and Residents of the European Union (EU)
Citizens and residents of the European Union (EU) are entitled to a full refund when cancellation is requested on or before the first fourteen (14) days following when the subscription begins i.e, 14 days from the date of enrollment. Unless you have graduated from the Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program within this timeframe.
Refund of Bundle offering Purchase
For a Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program purchased with a bundled offering payment, upon completion of your purchase your 7-day refund period begins. Following the 7-day refund period, there will be no further refunds, including no partial refunds for termination during the fixed, multi-month term, or during any monthly automatic subscription periods following the initial fixed, multi-month term.
Please make sure you enroll for a term only if you are able to commit to the entire time frame. Per our Terms of Use:
"...you hereby acknowledge and agree that Udacity will not offer refunds on any fees and charges related to your purchase of any products or Services. This includes any partially used or unused periods for which you have already paid. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction."
