Meet the Udacity Support Team; Ritapa

I have joined Udacity as a Team Lead and am working towards improving the Student Support experience by implementing automation and establishing a strategic, tech-driven, and proactive communication framework.
How long have you been here?It has been 3 months that I am calling myself a “UDACIAN”. I am grateful and excited to be part of this dynamic team and look forward to learning and adding value.
What are some of your hobbies?I have a 2-year-old daughter who takes up most of my spare time. I love to read, travel, cook new recipes, watch routine videos on Youtube and occasionally brush up my singing skills.
Which NDs have you taken?I have enrolled in the Business Analytics NanoDegree Program.
Why do you enjoy supporting students?We at Udacity are on a mission to transform talent by providing a platform for students to equip themselves with the necessary skills required in today’s radically changing digital world. It gives me immense happiness to be part of this community which operates at scale to help students excel.
Tips for Udacity studentsThe courses in Udacity are designed to test not only your knowledge but also your grit and determination. It might get overwhelming to keep up to speed juggling with school or work but remember - Perseverance is the key to success.
