Meet the Udacity Support Team; Cynthia
What do you do at Udacity? As a Customer Support Analyst, our primary goal is to collect and analyze student data and then work to develop resolutions for issues as well as strategies to improve productivity and student satisfaction.
How long have you been here? Recently celebrated 5 years!
What are some of your hobbies? I enjoy going to the movies and binge watching shows at home. I also enjoy delicious pastries and good coffee, listening to music, spending time with family and my 3 yr old cockapoo Frankie.
Which NDs have you taken? Currently pursuing Business Analytics Nanodegree program
Why do you enjoy supporting students? What I enjoy the most about supporting our students is knowing that we are helping students achieve their learning goals, further grow their skill sets and advance their careers. Helping unblock students from any issues that might prevent them from progressing in their learning journey and making a difference in our students lives is the most fulfilling.
Tips for Udacity students
- Be consistent, set goals - A little learning a day, goes a long way
- Don’t give up- Things get tough, it’s part of the learning journey. Keep going!
- Use your resources - Leverage the help of our Mentors in Knowledge for all your program and project questions. Our Help Center is full of helpful articles to assist you every step of the way.
Be easy on yourself and trust the process. Remember learning is a lifelong journey!
