Cannot launch gateway

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with our website. I have some questions for you to help me figure out what's going on and how best to help you. I was able to successfully launch your console on my system.
- What web browser (including version number) and operating system are you using? Please check here to make sure the browser you're using is one of our supported browsers/ operating system. If you have access to a different web browser, please try using that as well.
- Are you using any browser extensions? Sometimes third-party extensions can interfere with our site. I would recommend trying to access our website from an Incognito window and/or disabling your browser extensions to see if that helps. Please whitelist the following URL in your browser- *.udacity.com
- Have you tried clearing your cookies and browser cache? If not, please try doing those things and then restart your browser. If you need help doing either of those things, let me know!

Hi Chris, sometimes, the issue resolves itself after refreshing an unpredictable amount(sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes one refresh, sometimes not at all). Currently i've cleared cache refreshed and its still giving error. It could be working now, but I just can't sit here refreshing for an hour if thats the only work around. I'm not using any extensions. Chrome. Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (arm64).
I also can't seem to get ahold of anybody with live chat. I just automatically get stuck with the bot. I saw in another comment that live chat existed. But I have several questions and cannot simply create a ticket for each. I don't want to overwhelm you or spend my time creating one for each. Would it be possible to speak to somebody. I've also got problems with starter files amongst others.

This support system seems to be inefficient, unless it is designed to be difficult in order to avoid dealing with issues in hopes that people just get confused and frustrated, withdrawing from the class, I hope not. And I know thats not your fault if so, but this is a convoluted support system and I'm not sure if I've submitted my tickets correctly, through the right channel, or what to do about it. I'm frustrated with my experience.

Wait but you answered this ticket, literally on this very post. Will that not just send you another ticket? The exact same one?

I also submitted a ticket to support about refund support. So I assume you'll route support problems to the proper department?
