Problem regarding the Final assessment and completion certificate

I just finished the course "Testing Foundations Nanodegree Program"

When I tried to take the final assessment , the assessment did not load and there is not a way for me to start the assessment, so I tried to get the certificate and the website keeps giving me this error "Oops!
Sorry, We couldn't book this date. Try again later or contact our support."

Thus I cannot take the Final assessment nor get the certificate.

What is the solution for such problems?

  Its been 2 days and the problem is not fixed, I still cannot take the final assessment and receive the certificate of completion. How long is this gonna take? Shivani
