Unable to Load Tableau Material for Business Analytics Course

I’ve tried to complete first Business Analytics Nano degree project.
When I attempted to open the Supporting Material “Dashboard for Madrid in Detail” file it downloaded in .twbs format (Tableau). However, I do not have a software that is compatible to open this program.
On my work PC I get the following messages:
- Windows can’t open this type of file (.twbx)
- Try an app on this PC
Currently there is no software available on my PC to open this type of file
On my personal MAC computer I got the following messages - see attachments.
Each LPD person enrolled in the Business Analytics Nano degree has the same issue.

Hi Teresa Niewola, for the Business Analytics Nanodegree program, Tableau Public external tool may be required for reviewing some of the course content and exercises.
We can see the dashboard you are referring to is a Tableau dashboard required for completing the projects. If you click directly on the hyperlink of this dashboard and have Tableau Public installed, the link should redirect you automatically.
