    the credentials are blank for the cloud console. no one responds from technical team. is udacity closed ?

    After writing to support team and waiting for 2 days, this is the response which I get-
    “ Hello there,

    We would like to provide you with an update on the status of your support request. We have been receiving a high volume of tickets and are currently resolving requests in the order in which they were received. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to resolve your request!

    Please note that sending additional emails may cause further delays. We have received your request and will answer it as soon as possible.”

    I appreciate your patience as we inspect this. We have taken this up with our classroom AWS provider and shall respond to you as soon as we have an update from them.

    After getting enrolled to the program I couldn't find everything that was promissed in their website.

    In their landing page and syllabus pdf it is mentioned that it will give Data Modeling but I couldn't see it as part of the program

    Seems like there are alot of problems with this program.  I am currently enrolled, but have had a very bad experience for the past few days.  I am stuck on starting project 3, as I am not able to create a Synapse workspace with the credentials for Azure provided by Udacity.  I am not the only person that has this issue, as I have seem many posts by other students posting about the same problem in the Knowledgebase and FAQs within the past few months.  I personally have submitted a ticket, posted in the knowledge base, and emailed back and forth with lab support (which was of no help).  I see many students had to cancel their subscription/requested a refund for the class since Udacity has not been able to resolve the issue for months.  This is such as shame, and I hope I also don't have to abandon the class and request a refund like other students are doing.

    I am also facing same problem they keep on saying to delete Synapse Workspace from different course accout despite explaining them that I have never created any Synapse Workspace from any course Azure account. They are just wasting time so that we don't complete the course in time and extend it one or two month more.
