Meet the Udacity Support Team; Inna

Udacity's Customer Support team is comprised of an array of talented individuals from a multitude of backgrounds. Their unmatched dedication to providing Udacity learners with the highest level of support. The team is spread across the globe, from India, Cairo, the US and many more countries. This is to provide learners with 24x7 support. 

 

In order to share the amazing talents and drive behind our Support Specialists, we want to share a bit about them. Including their personal interests as well as tips for Udacity learners.

-What do you do at Udacity?

I’m a student support specialist. I provide our students with solutions and make sure they have a smooth learning experience. 

-How long have you been here?

I joined in May and god knows how grateful I’m for this opportunity to be a part of a company changing the world.

-What are some of your hobbies?

I love to make myself and others look more beautiful! I believe that when you look put together you are more confident and ready to conquer the world if I may say.

I love to do makeup, hairstyling and fashion styling. I enjoyed sharing beauty secrets with thousands of girls on facebook groups.

I grew up playing piano and drawing. I still love to do that from time to time.

I love to meet new people and learn about their cultures and unique traditions.

-Which NDs have you taken?

I’m planning to enroll in Front End web development Nanodegree Program. Who knows maybe I can make websites look more beautiful too!

-Why do you enjoy supporting students?

My bachelor’s degree is in teaching Mathematics to highschool students. I have been an Intern in many schools and I really enjoy it when I help a student understand difficult mathematical concepts and to solve equations like a pro!

I was never into the traditional ways of teaching and I really appreciate how Udacity is transforming Education, making it available to all students no matter where they are. It's as if the company lives in the future already.

I love supporting our students and love it even more when they graduate and are ready for the careers of the future.

-Tips for Udacity students?

• Believe in yourself and your abilities to get anything you put your mind to and never give up CONSISTENCY is key!
• Be kind to yourself and others. Live in the moment, play, love and laugh.
