Udacity's Customer Support team is comprised of an array of talented individuals from a multitude of backgrounds. Their unmatched dedication to providing Udacity learners with the highest level of support. The team is spread across the globe, from India, Cairo, the US and many more countries. This is to provide learners with 24x7 support.
In order to share the amazing talents and drive behind our Support Specialists, we want to share a bit about them. Including their personal interests as well as tips for Udacity learners.

What do you do at Udacity?
Being part of Global Student Operations, I am a Senior Student Support Specialist oriented towards a “Student’s first’ approach.
How long have you been here?
I have been associated with Udacity since August 10, 2020
What are some of your hobbies?
Always been a hardcore gamer by heart. What brings me solace? My playstation of course! Apart from gaming, I can have countless conversation about football and Manchester United. I breathe football along with spending time with my lovely family and a very naughty Pet dog named Ocean. Being a people’s person always makes me happy. My passion for the stock market is always something that keeps me fascinated and on top of world financial news.
Which NDs have you taken?
I have completed Artificial Intelligence in Trading Nano degree program which has given me an added advantage during my day trading hobby and keep on top of the world market.
Why do you enjoy supporting students?
We all have been a student once upon a time and I relate with the barriers that a student can face during their educational journey. Serving students gives me a sense of achievement may that be in any form. With times changing, and students becoming more independent with their learning, it is extremely critical to offer the right support at the right time to the future leaders of tomorrow. The number of student journey stories I have experienced over the years and the impact I was able to make in their lives is extremely satisfying.
Tips for Udacity students.
1. Always be true to yourself in your learning journey.
2. Always have a short term and a long term goal with the program you have enrolled.
3. Ask yourself, are you doing this program for the money? Or, are you doing this because you are passionate about the program you are enrolled in? Passion for something you do always takes you places. If you are not enjoying what you do, it’s best to look for something that does.
