This program will be available in which countries?
- Currently this program is only launching in Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
What’s the payment structure of this program?
- You will be required to submit three payments where each payment will unlock the next module. In other words, you will not be able to move on to Module 2 until the payment for Module 2 is received.
- The price of the whole program will be split equally into three installments (broken into modules)
- If you enroll early, you will be eligible for “Early Bird” discounting where you can claim up to 30% off the first installment. You can avail the discount directly from the website
Will my payments auto-renew for subsequent installments?
- If you are in UAE or KSA, you will be automatically charged for subsequent installments using the payment method that you initially used.
How can I request a refund?
- If you wish to cancel, you will have up to 7-days after the start of a Module to request a full refund. Please note that subsequent payments are not refundable.
Can I apply for discounts?
- You can avail the “Early Bird” discount which will be available on the website if you decide to enroll early. If you enrol prior to 31-Mar-2025, you will be eligible to avail a 30% discount
Can I join a Module after it’s already started?
When will I get access to the module content?
- We’re operating as a cohort-based program and there will be periods between you submitting payment and the program starting. During this time, you will be able to access the ACI resource hub on Udacity.com to review program materials and resources. Once you have submitted payment, you will be able to view the cohort start date in your learner dashboard.
Can I move on to the next Module if I haven’t completed the course work?
- No. You cannot move on to the next Module if you haven’t completed the course work and you will not be automatically charged for the next module if you haven’t completed the course work. Each Module includes a 14-day buffer at the end to enable you to complete the Module’s requirements before the next Module begins.

- To change your saved payment method or make changes to your enrollment, go to the Subscription Settings Page https://www.udacity.com/settings/subscription.

Is AWS Cloud Institute included in All-Access?
- No. AWS Cloud Institute is not a part of the All-Access catalog and you would not be able to unlock All-Access with your AWS Cloud Institute purchase.
