You can cancel and unenroll from your subscription within the first 7 days (or 14 days in the EU) of your first month’s subscription to be eligible for a full refund, unless you have graduated within this timeframe.
- The refund is only applicable for the very first month of your subscription.
- If you cancel your subscription, and subsequently re-enroll for the subscription or the same program or course, you will not be entitled to an additional 7-day refund period.
- If you get auto-renewal for another month, you will not be entitled to an additional 7-day refund period. If your bundle subscription has ended and has entered an auto-renewal monthly, you will not be entitled to an additional 7-day refund period.
