Under California Education Code (Section 94874 (f)), Udacity is limited to accepting no more than $2,500 in fees from California residents for any individual Nanodegree program. Therefore, Udacity caps the period of paid access to a Nanodegree program for an enrolled California resident to prevent that individual’s respective total program cost from exceeding $2,500. The $2,500 limit is assessed on a program-by-program basis. The respective cap on the period of paid access to a Nanodegree program will be calculated from your enrollment date in that Nanodegree program. At the end of the paid access period, students will no longer have access to that Nanodegree program course content nor student services related to that Nanodegree program such as project reviews, workspaces, labs, or quizzes.
All other policies on subscription access shall otherwise be available to California residents. Please note that if you are subscribed to more than one Nanodegree program, service limitations will apply based on the start date of your subscription.
