Asking for help from a mentor is super easy on our Knowledge forum.

On your classroom homepage, simply click on Visit Knowledge Q&A button on the right side. You will see that Knowledge filtered for your current enrollment by default and can search for existing answers, or ask a mentor.
- Once you click on "Ask a Mentor", you will be prompted to fill in any relevant info.
- Your question will then be queued for our technical mentors to answer. You will be notified by email once your question has been answered and also see a history of your questions you've asked and answers you've given in the Activity tab in the Knowledge forum.
Once someone has answered your question, marking it as an accepted answer is simple. Every answer to a question post will have a greyed-out button labelled as: "Set as Accepted Answer"
