Once you've submitted a support ticket, it's really easy to check the status of your request!
- Make sure you're signed in to the Help Center
- Click the dropdown next to your name at the top right corner of the Help Center

- Click on My support tickets
- You should be directed to a page that lists your support tickets! This is super helpful to make sure you're not sending multiple tickets for the same issue. You can click on the ticket you want and just add comments as needed.

It's that easy!
