Will this result in an increase in the charges I previously paid?

• The cost of our new subscription plan is USD $249/month or the equivalent amount in your local currency. If your subscription cost was less than USD $249/month or the equivalent amount in your currency, you will maintain the lower price. If your subscription cost was greater than USD $249/month or the equivalent amount in your currency, your new subscription cost will be USD $249/month now.

What happens if I was previously paying for a bundle subscription?

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the monthly rate you were paying once the bundle period is over.

What happens if I cancel any program from my subscriptions? Will I lose All-Access?

• With the new subscription plan, you can no longer cancel a specific Nanodegree program or Course. If the current Nanodegree program or Course that you are enrolled in does not align with your goals or interest, you can simply enroll in a new Nanodegree program or Course that best aligns with your goals or interests. If you no longer want an Udacity subscription, you can cancel your Udacity subscription from your account settings.

If I have static access for a course, will my account be upgraded to the All-Access plan?

• Sorry, if you have static access to a Nanodegree Program or Course, your account will not be eligible for the All Access upgrade. If you re-enroll in the new subscription model, your account will be automatically upgraded and you will have access to the entire catalog of Nanodegree program or Course including ones that were previously in static access.
