How long does it take to complete the degree?

• The program is self-paced, so the time it takes depends on your schedule and learning pace. We anticipate that most learners will typically complete the degree in 18–24 months. 

Can I complete multiple Nanodegree programs at the same time?

• You can work on multiple Nanodegree programs simultaneously if you’re comfortable managing the workload. All learning time across eligible programs will count toward your total required hours.

Is the program self-paced?

• Yes, the master’s program is 100% self-paced. As a master’s degree student, you can learn on your own schedule, as long as you have an active subscription.

Can I take a break and pause the program?

• Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days at a time. During the pause, you are removed from the degree program, however, your progress is retained. Once you reactivate your subscription and resume payment, you’ll be able to continue your learning. After resuming, you’ll need to stay active for at least one month before pausing again.

Will my discount apply for only one month or for the entire Master’s program?

• Your discount applies for the entire duration of your Master’s program, as long as you don’t cancel your subscription in between and your Udacity subscription remains active.

Will I have access to academic support?

• Yes. As a Udacity student, you’ll have access to technical mentors, project reviewers, and community support. You’ll also receive guidance from Udacity’s Support team if you have questions about the Udacity classroom, enrollment or progress. For assistance with the Woolf platform or academic policies, please refer to the Woolf Help Center or contact the support team at support@woolf.education.

Will I get a certificate or diploma when I finish?

• Yes. Once you successfully complete all program requirements, Woolf University will award you a Master’s degree. You’ll receive a digital diploma with built-in verification that can be easily shared with employers or educational institutions, along with an official Woolf transcript – a detailed record of your academic performance throughout the program.

What happens if I complete a course but don’t enroll in the degree?

• You are still eligible to earn StudyTrack hours. However, to convert these into official ECTS credits, you must enroll, pay the enrollment fee, and complete any additional academic requirements (such as Peer Review Publications) necessary for accreditation.
