How can I track my course and degree progress?
You can monitor your academic journey, track enrolled programs, completed hours, and credits earned through Woolf’s Academic Management System (AMS), accessible from your Udacity classroom.
What are the course tiers, and how do they work with the Master’s Program?
Your Master’s degree is organized into three tiers:
Tier 1 Core Modules - Students should complete these required modules for 35 ECTS ≈ 875 core credit hours.
Tier 2 Elective Modules - Students should complete 25 ECTS ≈ 625 unique credit hours.
Tier 3 Capstone - Students should complete the project for 30 ECTS ≈ 750 unique credit hours.
Each tier is designed to build a strong academic foundation and help tailor your learning path.
How is course progress displayed?
Your dashboard includes visual indicators to track: Course status (e.g., In Progress, Completed), Progress bars for each course, Course requirements for tier completion, Grades and credit accumulation and Course activity logs. This helps you stay focused and informed throughout your coursework.
When will the course progress reflect on the Woolf dashboard?
Your course progress becomes visible after the course is verified. A course is considered verified once:
The full workload is assigned by Woolf
Required peer-reviewed literature (PRLs) is added
Qualified instructors or mentors are assigned
Once verification is complete, your progress should appear on your dashboard within a few business days.
Note: Some courses are still awaiting final verification. Until this process is complete, progress may not appear on your dashboard. We regret the inconvenience caused - rest assured that completing these verifications is a top priority for us. Our team is actively working to finalise remaining courses as quickly as possible.
Why are my previously completed courses not showing as completed?
Please note the Master’s program has additional academic requirements that must be met for previously completed Udacity courses to reflect as completed in the Woolf AMS dashboard. Once all requirements are fulfilled, the completion status usually updates within a few days.
I’ve completed all course requirements, but my completion isn’t showing on my Woolf dashboard. What should I do?
Course completion may take a few days to appear on your Woolf AMS dashboard while our systems update.
