How can I track my course and degree progress?
You can monitor your academic journey, track enrolled programs, completed hours, and credits earned through Woolf’s Academic Management System (AMS), accessible from your Udacity classroom.
What are the course tiers, and how do they work with the MBA Program?
Your MBA degree is organized into three tiers:
Tier 1 Core Modules: Students should complete these required modules for 25 ECTS ≈ 625 core credit hours.
Tier 2 Elective Modules: Students should complete 35 ECTS ≈ 875 unique credit hours.
Tier 3 Capstone: Students should complete the project for 30 ECTS ≈ 750 unique credit hours.
Each tier is designed to build a strong academic foundation and help tailor your learning path.
How is course progress displayed?
Your dashboard includes visual indicators to track: Course status (e.g., In Progress, Completed), Progress bars for each course, Course requirements for tier completion, Grades and credit accumulation and Course activity logs. This helps you stay focused and informed throughout your coursework.
When will the course progress reflect on the Woolf dashboard?
I made progress on a Nanodegree, but why is it not reflecting on the Woolf dashboard?
If the Nanodegree you are taking is part of a Woolf degree, you will see the corresponding Woolf course on your Woolf AMS dashboard and progress will reflect in a few days.
If you do not see the course, there may be a few reasons:
You used a different account: Make sure you completed the Nanodegree using the same account that you use to access Woolf AMS. If you have multiple accounts, please contact the Woolf team. We may need to merge your coursework across accounts. Please note that this process can take some time to complete.
Why are my previously completed courses not showing as completed?
I’ve completed all course requirements, but my completion isn’t showing on my Woolf dashboard. What should I do?
