You can use the Woolf’s Academic Management System (AMS) to track your progress, access essential documents, and stay updated on your coursework, credit allocation, and milestones toward graduation. The dashboard provides you easy access to the tools necessary to monitor and advance your academic goals.
Student ID Card: The Student ID Card is a digital proof of your enrollment. It shows your name, nationality, date of birth, student ID, and the validity period of your degree program.
Degree Overview: Provides a snapshot of your academic progress and program details, including: degree program name, enrollment and onboarding status, degree progress, payment status and timeline of key events like course completions, grade submissions, and approvals.
Degree Courses: The Degree Courses section offers a comprehensive view of all courses within your degree program, organized by tiers. Each tier can include a mix of compulsory and elective courses. You can monitor your progress through each tier, with details on the completion percentage based on the workload hours of the courses.
Documents: The Documents button provides access to key academic documents: Agreement, Enrollment Letter, Transcript, Degree Certificate (available upon graduation).
Public Credentials: The Public Credentials page allows you to share your academic details with third parties. You can choose to display documents such as your transcript or enrollment letter.
